We’re just one day away from TEDxPasadena TRANSFORM 2018! Here are some notes to help you navigate Saturday’s fun:

Admission to The Huntington
There is no cost to enter the Huntington Library if you are attending our event, but…if you choose to venture into the gardens, you are responsible for your own admittance fee.
Registration
There’ll be TEDxPasadena banners to help guide you to the registration area. As you pass the bookstore, turn left and head down the long walkway. Volunteers will be there to help as well. You will not need a ticket for entrance. We will have your name at our electronic check-in stations. Arrive early + Words2Action Alley
Seating inside the Rothenberg Hall — where the talks will take place — will begin at 10 a.m. But come early to have some breakfast and explore our Words2Action Alley!
The Words2Action Alley is where community partners will provide interactive experiences for you to mix and mingle in a very different way. We encourage you to use the Interactive Map (provided at Registration) to dive deeply in all the day has to offer. For those who visit every booth, we will be raffling off two tickets to Disneyland (courtesy of Oben) and a three-night stay at a high-end, global hotel chain (courtesy of TravelStore)!

A few tickets are still available! Spread the word and invite a friend!
Tickets are no longer refundable, but if you are not able to attend, we have a long line of scholarship girls who would be incredibly grateful to you for your donation! If necessary, please email Rebecca Seiler at finance@tedxpasadena.meraki.social.php71-34.phx1-2.websitetestlink.com to transfer your ticket to someone in need.

California casual with comfortable shoes
What to bring
You might consider bringing a refillable water bottle, journal, pen, and/or a phone/camera.
Athleta will be providing bags for you to carry everything that you might collect throughout the day, so make sure to stop by their booth.
Food
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon desserts, drinks and all snacks are included throughout the day. Come hungry!
Need help on site?
Look for volunteers in black T-shirts to answer all of your questions throughout the day.

We’re going Green!
In an effort to reduce our footprint, we have eliminated name badges, printed programs, and reduced paper signage and handouts. Please do your part by bringing your own refillable water bottle (not required, but encouraged!) and helping us to recycle where we can.
